Vegetable and meat broth recipe

Ingredients to make vegetable and meat broth:

  • 2 carrot
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 leeks
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1 bay leaf
  • Peregil
  • pepper thyme
  • Chicken or beef bones

How to make vegetable and meat broth:

  1. Put everything (peeled and chopped vegetables) in a pot with a little olive oil.
  2. Sauté for about 20 minutes over medium heat, until golden; add the meat bones and sauté again for 15 minutes.
  3. Cover with water and boil to the desired point.
