Ingredients to make Chicken and Vegetable Lasagna:
- 10 sheets of Lasagna
- 200 grams of mixed vegetables
- 350 grams of boiled and shredded chicken
- 300 milliliters of béchamel sauce
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 pinch of Salt and Pepper
How to make Chicken and Vegetable Lasagna:
- To start making our chicken and vegetable lasagna, the first step is to prepare all the ingredients.
- Bring a pot with water over high heat to cook the pasta sheets.
- Once they are cooked, remove and cut the cooking in a bowl with cold water.
- Grease the individual lasagna molds and add a sheet of pasta to the bottom, add the previously cooked vegetables and the chicken ontop as seen in the photo.
- Bathe each of the refractories with the béchamel sauce with our vegetable and chicken lasagna.
- Once we bathe with the béchamel sauce, add another sheet of lasagna on top and finish bathing with more sauce. Finally place a layer of parmesan cheesesprinkled on top.
- Bake at 160º C. for approximately 30 minutesor until gratin.
- Remove from oven and serve delicious chicken and vegetable lasagna. Enjoy!
