Vegetable and chicken baskets recipe

  • 9 empanada disks
  • 1 small onion
  • ¼ yellow bell pepper
  • ¼ green bell pepper
  • ¼ red bell pepper
  • 1 chicken supreme
  • 1 carrot
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • ½ teaspoon oregano
  • ½ teaspoon ground chili
  • ½ teaspoon cumin

For the broth:

  • 1 corn
  • 1 stick of celery
  • 1 carrot
  • 4 chard leaves

To start with the recipe for vegetable and chicken baskets, first cook the chicken supreme for about 20 minutes with plenty of vegetables to add flavor. The idea is not to cook the chicken completely, but to pre-cook it so you can shred it, so don’t worry if the center is a little raw. Cook the vegetables in a skillet over high heat with a teaspoon of oil. You can cut all the vegetables into cubes or just chop the onion and bell peppers, you can also grate the carrot.
