Ingredients to make Vegetable and Cheese Cannelloni:
- 12 sheets of cannelloni
- 2 carrots
- 1/4 cauliflower
- 100 gr. of green beans
- 3 mushrooms or mushrooms
- 1/4 l. béchamel sauce
- 50 gr. of spinach
- 100 gr. cured ham
- Grated cheese
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Water
How to make Vegetable and Cheese Cannelloni:
- Clean and cook all the vegetables separately and chop them.
- Cook the pasta in abundant boiling water with salt and a little oil.
- After 10 – 12 minutes, drain it and reserve.
- Meanwhile, prepare the béchamel by sautéing the chopped ham in a pan.
- Add the spinach and flour.
- Redo again.
- Go adding the milk little by little and without stopping to remove.
- Put to the point of salt.
- Fill the cannelloni with the mixture and place them on a plate or baking dish covered with the rest of the béchamel and sprinkled with grated cheese.
- Grill them in the oven until golden brown, about 2 minutes, and serve.
