Vegan tuna pate recipe

  • 200 grams of tempeh
  • 2 tablespoons of umeboshi paste
  • 1 sheet of nori seaweed

How to make vegan tuna pate:

In a saucepan, heat a little water. When the water starts to boil add the tempeh and cook it for 15 minutes. Next, drain the tempeh well and mash it with a fork. Add the umeboshi paste and oil and stir well.
