Ingredients to make Vegan Roast Milk:

  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • 600 milliliters of soy milk
  • 5 tablespoons of agave syrup
  • 4 tablespoons cornstarch
  • Water (amount needed)
  • 1 dessert spoon of vanilla essence

How to make Vegan Roasted Milk:

  1. In the same mold that you will use to prepare the vegan roasted milk, put the sugar and heat it directly over the fire until you get a caramel.
  2. Of course, be careful not to burn it, because if this happens you will have to discard it and start from 0; the burnt syrup is bitter, so it would damage our preparation. Booking.
  3. In a pot, pour the milk, the syrup, the vanilla essence and heat all these ingredients.
  4. Dissolve the cornstarch in a little water and add this mixture to the previous pot.
  5. Cook until the mixture thickens, without stopping stirring at any time. When you have reached the correct texture, remove the pot from the heat.
  6. Pour the vegan roasted milk batter over the caramel.
  7. We have chosen to make it in a large mold, but you can also do it directly in individual molds.
  8. Let it cool completely and, later, reserve it in the refrigerator for a minimum of 2 hours so that it sets.
  9. With the tip of a knife, peel off the edges of the mold and turn the dessert over on a plate to unmold it. To serve it, cut it into individual portions and decorate it as you like.
