Vegan Ramen Recipe

Ramen is a typical Japanese dish that has evolved over time. However, this recipe always has the same essence: the mixture of Japanese noodles together with a broth and accompaniment, to which you can add miso paste or soy sauce, as well as seaweed or any type of vegetable. This recipe that has been recognized worldwide can be made in different ways, such as the one we present here. When making vegan ramen you must take into account which vegetables you want to incorporate into the broth to obtain one flavor or another.

Ingredients to make Vegan Ramen:

  1. 220 grams of carrot
  2. 220 grams of spring onion
  3. 200 grams of spinach
  4. 200 grams of mushrooms or mushrooms
  5. 200 grams of tofu
  6. 100 grams of rice noodles
  7. 2 garlic
  8. 1 teaspoon ginger powder
  9. 1 tablespoon of miso or a packet of miso
  10. 1 liter of vegetable broth
  11. 1 teaspoon salt
  12. 1 teaspoon of rice vinegar
  13. 1 teaspoon sweet soy sauce

How to make vegan ramen:

  • To start with the vegan ramen recipe, first chop the onion and garlic into small pieces, the carrot into thin slices.
  • Saute the garlic and spring onion in a pan with olive oil. Before it browns, add the carrot and cook over low heat until all the vegetables are cooked.
