How to make Vegan Cauliflower Quinoa Burger:

  • First cut the cauliflower and put it in a baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil and a tablespoon and a half of raps el haunt spice mix. Then, put it in the oven and bake for 30 minutes, or until you see that the cauliflower is tender.
  • While the cauliflower is baking, cook the quinoa in plenty of water for about 10 minutes, drain well and set aside. When the cauliflower is done, put it in the food processor and start chopping until you get a texture similar to that of quinoa. Add the clove of garlic together with the dried tomatoes cut in half that you have previously soaked.
  • Take a large bowl and add the cauliflower along with the quinoa. Add the flour little by little until you get a homogeneous dough to form the vegan burgers. Season to taste and let stand for a couple of hours.
  • After the time, begin to form the quinoa and cauliflower burgers and fry them in a pan with olive oil. She browns on both sides and serves immediately to enjoy them hot.
  • Tip: If you prefer, you can also grill the quinoa burgers.
