Made is a traditional stew of Senegalese cuisine that consists of one of the variations of the dried fruit stews popular in practically all African countries. This peanut stew is usually accompanied by white rice.
Ingredients to make vegan made:
- 200 grams of seaman or other vegetable meat
- 1 onion
- ½ cup of peanut butter
- ½ red bell pepper
- ½ cassava
- 2 potatoes
- 1 carrot
- 1 large tomato
- 1 hot chili (optional)
- ½ eggplant
- 1 handful of green beans
- 1 piece of black pepper
- 1 splash of vegetable oil
- ½ teaspoon of salt

How to make vegan made:
- Peel and dice the yucca, sweet potato or potatoes, onion, pepper and aborigine, and cut the green beans into pieces and the carrot into slices.
