Vegan Lentil Empanadas Recipe

  • 1 pinch of ground chili
  • 1 tablespoon garam masala
  • 25 cubic centimeters of white wine
  • 6 empanada disks

How to make Vegan Lentil Empanadas:

To get started with this vegan lentil empanadas recipe, first cook the lentils in plenty of  boiling water for 30 minutes. With the help of a strainer, remove the cooking water and reserve the lentils while they cool. On the other hand, peel and chop the onion, wash and chop the bell pepper and, also, do the same procedure with the green one, wash it and chop it, separating the green part from the white. Sauté the white onion with 1 teaspoon of oil in a skillet over high heat until translucent. Add the bell pepper and green. When it’s drying, lower the heat to medium and add 1 tablespoon of water.
