  • 4 large carrots
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of paprika
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 papa
  • Vegetable oil
  • 4 pieces of bread for vegan hotdog
  • Mustard to taste
  • Ketchup sauce to taste

How to make vegan hotdogs:

To make this vegan hotdog recipe, first prepare the “sausage.” To do this, you are going to use large carrots, clean and peel very well, giving it the shape of a sausage.

In a pot with hot water, boil the carrots adding a pinch of salt, 1 clove of garlic and a tablespoon of paprika. Let cook approximately 15 minutes over medium-high heat.

Let cool and add a tablespoon of soy sauce. Then, take it to the refrigerator for a minimum of 2 hours.

While the “sausages” are finished marinating, chop the potato into thin strips and then fry in oil and leave to rest on absorbent paper.
