Ingredients to make Vegan Cream of Broccoli:
- 4 cups of fresh broccoli
- 2 cups of almond milk
- 3 pieces of Celery
- ½ cup of Pumpkin Seeds or Pipit
- 1 clove garlic
- ¼ white onion
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of pepper
How to make Vegan Cream of Broccoli:

- We then start by cooking the broccoli, for this, we cut it into small pieces, wash it perfectly and place it in a saucepan with enough boiling water and a pinch of salt.
