- ½ unit of Broccoli
- 100 grams of green beans
- 12 units of Cherry Tomato

How to make Vegan Chickpea Salad:
We gather all the ingredients to prepare the vegan chickpea salad. Firstly, we cook the broccoli and the beans separately in abundant boiling water. The cooking time for broccoli is about 9-10 minutes and for green beans, about 8 minutes. Once cooked, drain them and let them cool. Wash the chickpeas with plenty of cold water and let them drain. We can also cook dried chickpeas on our own. Once dry, transfer them to a salad bowl. Cut the carrot and onion into squares. On the other hand, cut the green beans in half and chop the broccoli into small trees. We incorporate everything into the salad bowl along with the chickpeas.
Wash the cherry tomatoes, cut them in half and add them to the vegan chickpea salad. If you don’t have cherry tomato you can also use normal salad tomato. Season the vegan salad with salt and a little olive oil. If you feel like it, you can also add mild vinegar like apple cider vinegar. This vegan chickpea salad is so complete that it can be eaten as a main dish instead of as a side dish.
