Vegan Chickpea Kebab Recipe

  • 2 kebab pancakes
  • 150 grams of cooked chickpeas
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 Carrot
  • 1 jet of olive oil
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • For the yogurt sauce
  • 1 vegetable yogurt
  • 1 dessert spoon of fresh mint
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of ground black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons of lemon juice
  • 1 pinch of Cumin

How to make Vegan Chickpea Kebab:

1.We gather all the ingredients to prepare the vegan chickpea kebab.

2.We prepare the yogurt sauce. To do this, mix the yogurt with the finely chopped fresh mint, the salt, the ground black pepper, the lemon juice and the cumin. Mix well and reserve.

Tip: Make sure you use a vegan yogurt.

3.On the other hand, we cut the vegetables: we cut the tomato into slices and the carrot into sticks.

4.In a frying pan, add a little olive oil and fry the peeled garlic. When it is golden add the cooked and drained chickpeas, and add a little salt. Sauté the chickpeas for a couple of minutes.
