  • 500 grams of cooked chickpeas
  • 250 grams of seaman or vegetable meat
  • 100 grams of shark macaroni or thick noodles
  • 500 grams of potatoes
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tomato
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ glass of white wine
  • ½ teaspoon thyme
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 pinch of saffron
  • 1 liter of water

How to make Vegan Canary Ranch:

Chop the onion, garlic and tomato. Heat in a pot with oil and fry the vegetables to start preparing the Canadian ranch step by step. Before the sauce is ready, add the paprika, stir and cook for several more minutes.
