- 90 milliliters of soy milk
- 160 milliliters of coconut oil
- 60 milliliters of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- 2 teaspoons of soy lecithin
- Salt
- White pepper
How to make Vegan Butter:
Gather all the necessary ingredients and utensils to make this exquisite vegan butter. In the following image you can see all the ingredients that are essential for the vegan recipe. In a container mix soy milk, apple cider vinegar and salt, let stand for about 10 minutes. You will notice how the milk takes on a different aspect, since the vinegar cuts it. Microwave the coconut oil for about 30 seconds or until melted. In the glass of the blender, combine the milk and coconut oil. Mix about 1 minute. Finally add the soy lecithin, mix and reserve.
Tip: soy lecithin is a derivative of soybean oil extraction, it works as an emulsifier in vegan cooking.
