  • 2 cups of cooked black beans
  • 1 cup oatmeal flakes
  • 2 teaspoons of fresh parsley
  • 1 unit of large white onion
  • 1 pinch of paprika powder
  • 1 pinch of dried oregano
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • Hamburger bun
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of black pepper
  • 1 pinch of garlic paste

How to make Vegan Bean Burgers:

1.The first step to make the vegan burger recipe is to pre-list the ingredients. If you are celiac, remember to use gluten-free hamburger bun.

2.Take the cooked beans with the oatmeal flakes to a food processor and process the ingredients well until they are integrated.

3.Add the white onion in pieces, the fresh parsley, the oregano and the paprika (paprika). Process again until all the ingredients is integrated.

4.Add salt, black pepper, garlic paste and olive oil. Process until you gets a thick paste.

5.Take a pan over medium heat with a little vegetable oil, once hot add a little of the dough from our vegan burgers.

6.While the bean burger is cooking, try to shape the edges so that it is nicely round. You will see that this paste, so thick in contact with the heat, cooks quickly, acquiring a texture and consistency typical of any meat burger.

7.Once you see that our vegan burger is taking shape, very carefully turn it over and brown the other side. Ideally, you should get the color seen in the photograph. Cook for about 5-10 minutes on each side.

8.Serve the vegan hamburger with the hamburger bun and accompanied by a lettuce leaf, tomato slices and the sauce that you like the most, such as honey and mustard. This recipe is ideal for coeliac, as it contains gluten-free ingredients as long as the bread is suitable for them. Enjoy
