  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • soy milk
  • 1 jar of sweet soy

How to make vegan Alfajores:

  1. To start with the recipe for easy vegan alfajores, in a bowl you must first add wheat flour, baking powder, brown sugar and bitter cocoa. Mix all ingredients.
  2. In addition, you must add the two tablespoons of olive oil and mix all the ingredients.
  3. Also add soy milk until you get a homogeneous mass, take it to the refrigerator for approximately 30 minutes.
  4. On a clean and floured surface, roll out the dough until it is completely thin.

  6. Take the gluten-free vegan alfajores to the preheated oven at 200 °C for approximately 10 minutes or until they double their thickness
