Ingredients to make Vanilla Shrimp:
- 11 units of Shrimp
- ½ unit of Manila a little green
- 2 tablespoons of Cognac
- 2 tablespoons of vanilla essence
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon of peach liqueur
- 3 tablespoons of milk cream
How to make Vanilla Shrimp:
- Heat the butter in a frying pan and, when it is hot, fry the shrimp together with the cubed mango.
- When the shrimp acquire a pink tone, add the essence of vanilla and move them so that they are impregnated.
- Remove the pan from the heat and add the cognacspreading it over all the shrimp. Put the pan back on the heat and add the heavy cream and peach liqueur, cook it for a few seconds
- When done, serve the vanilla shrimp with mango slices and a fresh salad.
