Vanilla and Pear Smoothie

  2. 2 units of plain yogurt
  3. 1 pinch of ground cinnamon
  4. ½ dessert spoon of vanilla essence
  5. 3 dessert spoons of sugar
  6. 200 milliliters of milk

How to make Vanilla Pear Smoothie:

  • We gather all the ingredients to prepare the vanilla and pear smoothie. This smoothie can also be prepared with vanilla yogurt and in this way, we eliminate the vanilla essence.
  • Peel the pear, cut it into small pieces and put it in a blender glass together with the milk.
  • Next we add the essence of vanilla and cinnamon. Remember that if you do not like these essences you can replace them with others with citrus or softer touches.
  • Finally, we add the natural yogurt. Remember that if you decide to put sweetened or sweetened yogurt, you will not need to add extra sugar. Otherwise, this is the time to add the sugar.
  • We beat the pear juice and vanilla with the help of the mixer until there are no lumps. If you see that it is very thick, you can add a little more milk until you think it is necessary.
