Ingredients to make Pincho Txapela:
- Mushrooms
- Prawns
- Garlic
- Mini biscuits
How to make Txapela Skewer:
The mushrooms are cleaned and two hats are taken for each txapela. We fry them in very hot oil. On the other hand, we prepare the garlic prawns. Place a hat of fried mushroom on a mini biscotte and fill it with the garlic prawns. On top we punctured the other hat upside down.
