Ingredients to make Risotto two cheeses:
- 450 grams of Carnaroli rice
- 150 grams of grated Parmesan cheese.
- 150 grams of Dutch cheese.
- 1 tablespoon of butter or lard.
- 1 cup of white wine.
How to make Risotto two cheeses:
- Prelist the ingredients.
- In a large pot add 700 ml of water = 3 cups of water. Bring the pot to high heat.
- Add the rice and the butter or lard. If you want to add 1 tablespoon of oregano and 1 tablespoon of grated paprika to the preparation, this will give the risotto more flavor.
- While step 3 is completed, grate the Dutch cheese and reserve.
- When the risotto is boiling, lower the heat to a simmer. Let it cook for another 18-20 minutes.
- Once step 5 is complete, add the cup of white wine to the risotto. Mix well.
- Turn off the heat and add half of the cheeses to the preparation. Mix well until the cheeses melt.
- Serve adding a little of the two cheeses on top of the risotto. Enjoy.
