Ingredients to make Risotto two cheeses:

  • 450 grams of Carnaroli rice
  • 150 grams of grated Parmesan cheese.
  • 150 grams of Dutch cheese.
  • 1 tablespoon of butter or lard.
  • 1 cup of white wine.

How to make Risotto two cheeses:

  1. Prelist the ingredients.
  2. In a large pot add 700 ml of water = 3 cups of water. Bring the pot to high heat.
  3. Add the rice and the butter or lard. If you want to add 1 tablespoon of oregano and 1 tablespoon of grated paprika to the preparation, this will give the risotto more flavor.
  4. While step 3 is completed, grate the Dutch cheese and reserve.
  5. When the risotto is boiling, lower the heat to a simmer. Let it cook for another 18-20 minutes.
  6. Once step 5 is complete, add the cup of white wine to the risotto. Mix well.
  7. Turn off the heat and add half of the cheeses to the preparation. Mix well until the cheeses melt.
  8. Serve adding a little of the two cheeses on top of the risotto. Enjoy.
