Turkish Salad Recipe

Ingredients to make Turkish Salad:

  • 1 lettuce plant
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 green onion to taste
  • 1 red bell pepper without skin
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 beet bulb
  • 1 can of peas
  • 1 can corn kernels
  • 1 package of asparagus (or 1 can of asparagus)
  • Tender radishes quantity to taste
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1 can of whole prickly pear
  • 200 gm.,300 gm. boneless chicken (any part)
  • Salt
  • Oil
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • Balsamic vinegar.

How to make Turkish Salad:

Clean all the fresh vegetables, cut to taste: lettuce, tomato, green onion, red bell pepper, radishes (you can use the tender leaves), finely grate the beet and carrot, open the cans, drain the liquid by mixing the peas and corn kernels, cut the asparagus to taste, chop the hard-boiled eggs, remove the tuna from the can or container, mix with the chicken, place everything in a large bowl or in a bowl, add salt, oil, black pepper and balsamic vinegar, stir, taste and season again if necessary, decorate with coriander leaves or parsley, serve at ease.
