Turkey Stew Recipe
Ingredients to make Turkey Stew:
- 500 grams of turkey meat in small pieces
- 2 onions
- 1 ripe tomato
- 12 almonds
- 1 glass of dry wine
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 cup of olive oil
- 1 head of garlic
- 2 glasses of water
- 1/2 kg of potatoes
- oil for frying
- Salt
How to make Turkey Stew:

Peel and chop the onion and tomato separately.

Heat the oil in a pan and fry the almonds. Take them out and reserve.

Fry the turkey pieces until golden brown.

Then add the onion, the head of garlic and the bay leaf.

When everything begins to brown, add the tomato, and fry until it loses some liquid.

Pour the dry wine, let it reduce a little.

Add the seasoning water, cover and cook over medium heat for 40 minutes.

Meanwhile, peel the potatoes, chop and fry lightly in abundant oil.

Chop the almonds in the mortar and add to the pan along with the potatoes.
