  • 8 slices of whole wheat bread
  • leftover roast turkey
  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 4 tablespoons cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 cucumber
  • 30 grams of butter
  • French fries to accompany

How to make Turkey Sandwiches:

Remove the crust from the sliced ​​bread and cut with a round cookie cutter. Toast the bread. Shred the turkey and reserve. Whisk together mayonnaise, cheese, mustard, salt and pepper and mix with turkey. Finely chop the tomato and discard the seeds. Peel and thinly slice the cucumber. On a slice of bread lightly spread butter, place three slices of cucumber. Put a little of the turkey mixture on top and a little tomato on top. Serve with French fries.
