Turkey and hard-boiled egg croquettes recipe

This time I propose a recipe for homemade croquettes with turkey béchamel and hard-boiled egg that I share here. Delicious for an appetizer or a side dish.

A recipe that we can prepare with various ingredients, including taking advantage of leftovers from other dishes and making delicious turkey and hard-boiled egg croquettes.  The little ones usually like them a lot, and they are very nutritious. Try them because they are delicious!

Ingredients to make Turkey and hard-boiled egg croquettes:

  • 100 grams of turkey cold meat
  • 2 units of hard boiled eggs
  • 150 grams of breadcrumbs
  • 2 units of Eggs
  • 1 pinch of salt

For the béchamel:

  • 500 milliliters of milk
  • 50 grains of flour
  • 50 grams of butter
  • 1 pinch of Nutmeg
  • 1 pinch of salt

How to make Turkey and Hard Boiled Egg Croquettes:

To start preparing these turkey and hard-boiled egg croquettes, the first thing to do is chop the eggs and the turkey. If you want to get perfect boiled eggs, do not miss this article where you will solve all your doubts. Next, we prepare the béchamel, so the turkey croquettes will be very tasty. To do this we put the butter in a saucepan to melt, when it is melted we will add the flour, mix it and leave it for a few minutes so that the flour cooks. When the flour is cooked, we will add the milk little by little, mixing well.

Then we will add a little salt and nutmeg, we will stir and we will make the béchamel sauce little by little. Then we will add the turkey and the hard-boiled egg. We will remove it and mix well. We’ll try salt. Let the filling of the hard-boiled egg croquettes cool in the fridge.

To make the homemade croquettes, prepare the beaten eggs in one bowl and the breadcrumbs in another. We will take the dough out of the fridge and form the croquettes.

We will pass the turkey and hard-boiled egg croquettes first through the beaten egg and then through the breadcrumbs. We will put a pan with enough oil to heat and we will fry the turkey croquettes, little by little. Finally, we will put the hard-boiled egg croquettes on absorbent paper to remove excess oil.
