  • 4 medium or large avocado pieces
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • ½ cup of wheat flour (70 grams)
  • 1 cup of breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup of oil
  • For the tuna filling
  • 3 cans of tuna
  • ½ piece of purple onion
  • 1 sprig of coriander
  • ½ cup of jalapeno pepper
  • 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise
