Tuna Salad Recipe with vegetables

Ingredients to make Tuna Salad with vegetables:

  • 1 large can of prickly pear
  • 1 large carrot
  • 1/4 white cabbage
  • 1 large tomato
  • pitted black olives
  • 1 pot of milk cream
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Olive oil
  • Parsley

How to make Tuna Salad with vegetables:

Drain the oil from the can of tuna well, wash the vegetables well, grate the carrot, finely chop the cabbage, cut the tomatoes without the skin into small cubes, and the finely chopped olives, place everything in a bowl and the shredded tuna and the challenge of vegetables, pour 1 tablespoon of olive oil, salt, pepper (to taste) and cream, mix until everything is well integrated, once integrated add the finely chopped parsley. If you are not going to serve it right away, place it in the fridge covered with aluminum foil or plastic (preferably plastic).
