- 150 grams of Rice
- 2 cans of Tuna
- 10 cherry tomatoes
- 1 handful of black olives
- ½ Cucumber
- 100 grams of Lettuce
- virgin olive oil
- Salt
- Oregano
- Fresh cheese (optional)
How to make Tuna Rice Salad:
To prepare this rice salad with tuna it is necessary that we first take a pot, add water with a little salt and bring it to a boil. Once the water is boiling, add the rice and cook it for the necessary minutes, depending on its type.
While it cooks, we will prepare the other ingredients of the easy rice salad. To do this, what we have to do is cut the cucumber into slices, crumble the fresh cheese and cut the cherry tomatoes in half. It is also necessary that we wash the lettuce and cut it to our liking. Once the rice is cooked, drain it and wash it with a little cold water to release the starch. We drain it again so that our rice salad with canned tuna is not watery.
