Ingredients to make Tuna with vegetables
- 4 slices of fresh tuna
- 2 green bell peppers
- 1/2 carrot
- 2 medium onions
- 1/2 head of garlic
- salted
- 1 glass of white wine
- 3 bay leaves
- oil
How to make Tuna with vegetables:
- Put the tuna in a baking dish and sprinkle it with salt.
- Add the green peppers, seeded and cut into strips, the grated onion, the peeled and chopped garlic cloves and the sliced carrots.
- Add the bay leaves, the wine, a glass of olive oil and 1/2 glass of water.
- Put the dish in the oven and leave it on high heat for 40 minutes, turning the tuna slices over halfway through.
- Serve hot.
