Ingredients to make Tuna with vegetables

  • 4 slices of fresh tuna
  • 2 green bell peppers
  • 1/2 carrot
  • 2 medium onions
  • 1/2 head of garlic

  • 3 bay leaves

How to make Tuna with vegetables:

  1. Put the tuna in a baking dish and sprinkle it with salt.
  2. Add the green peppers, seeded and cut into strips, the grated onion, the peeled and chopped garlic cloves and the sliced ​​carrots.
  3. Add the bay leaves, the wine, a glass of olive oil and 1/2 glass of water.
  4. Put the dish in the oven and leave it on high heat for 40 minutes, turning the tuna slices over halfway through.
  5. Serve hot.
