Tuna marmitako recipe with brandy

Ingredients to make Marmitako of tuna with brandy:

  • 1 onion
  • 1 ripe tomato
  • 1/2 green pepper
  • 1 piece of red pepper
  • 6 Tablespoons Brandy
  • 8 medium potatoes
  • 500 grams of tuna
  • sweet pepper
  • salted
  • olive oil
  • chopped parsley

How to make tuna marmitako with brandy:

  1. Chop the onion, tomato, and pepper.
  2. We put it in a casserole with olive oil to sauté, and salt a little.
  3. Add the Brandy and let the alcohol evaporate.
  4. Next we add the water.
  5. And a pinch of paprika.
  6. Next we add the potatoes.
  7. Let cook for twenty minutes or so, depending on the thickness of the potatoes, we see that they are almost cooked.
  8. Add the tuna and let cook for five more minutes and season with salt.
  9. Remove from heat, serve and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
