- 1 onion
- 1 ripe tomato
- 1/2 green pepper
- 1 piece of red pepper
- 6 Tablespoons Brandy
- 8 medium potatoes
- 500 grams of tuna
- sweet pepper

- chopped parsley
How to make tuna marmitako with brandy:
- Chop the onion, tomato, and pepper.
- We put it in a casserole with olive oil to sauté, and salt a little.
- Add the Brandy and let the alcohol evaporate.
- Next we add the water.
- And a pinch of paprika.
- Next we add the potatoes.
- Let cook for twenty minutes or so, depending on the thickness of the potatoes, we see that they are almost cooked.
- Add the tuna and let cook for five more minutes and season with salt.
- Remove from heat, serve and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
