Ingredients to make Tuna marinated with soy:

  • 2 tuna steaks
  • 150 milliliters of Soy
  • 1 splash of extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 pinch of salt flakes
  • 3 branches of chives

How to make Soy Marinated Tuna:

  1. Here we have the ingredients for this soy fish recipe. Try to choose a low-salt soy sauce. The chives are optional, and you can substitute another spice, for example parsley or coriander.
  2. First of all, we cut the tuna fillets into cubes, all of them of homogeneous size.
  3. Place the tuna cubes in a bowl with the soy sauce, and leave it to marinate for a minimum of two hours. The longer we leave it, the more flavors the fish will take.
  4. Next, we heat a trickle of oil in a frying pan and sauté the tuna marinated in soy. To do this, you can do without the soy sauce, that is, strain the fish, or skip it all together. I did it with soy, and I don’t regret it! It turns out tastier; otherwise there is a risk that it will dry out.
  5. With about three minutes of cooking, over high heat, it will be enough to obtain a delicious tuna with soy.
  6. Serve the tuna marinated in soy sauce on a plate and add a few flakes of salt (be careful with the salt, because soy sauce is already salty) and some chopped chives. Accompany it with white wine and this exquisite Arab eggplant salad, for an exotic menu full of flavors. Take advantage!
