  • 1½ cups of water (360 milliliters)
  • 1 splash of rice vinegar

  • 1 bowl with clean water
  • 1 Makisu (bamboo rolling mat)

How to make Tuna Maki Sushi:

  1. To prepare the sushi rice, heat 1 ½ cups of water in a pot, while it is heating, jet wash the rice until the water runs as transparent as possible. Then pour the rice into the hot water, add a pinch of salt and a pinch of sugar, cover and cook over low heat until the water is consumed.
