Tuna lasagna recipe

Ingredients to make tuna lasagna:
Needed:

  • 2 cans of tuna
  • 5 tomatoes
  • 2 paiteña onions finely chopped
  • 1/4 green bell pepper, chopped
  • flower
  • butter
  • milk
  • nutmeg
  • oregano
  • 1 cup of water
  • lasagna pasta
  • mozzarella cheese

How to make tuna lasagna:

  1. First: You make a refried onion, tomato and pepper and blend it by adding a cup of water and salt to taste; from there you put it in the pan and cook the tuna.
  2. Then you grease the mold with the butter and put the pasta there you make the refried already finished, put mozzarella cheese to your liking and then put another layer of pasta and make the last of the refried and add more mozzarella cheese at the end you cover it with another layer of paste.
  3. For the final cover, put butter in a separate pan, wait for it to melt and add flour in such a way that it covers the butter.
  4. You mix it and from there you add milk and mix it with the flour and butter.
  5. From there you put that mixture in the blender and add another little milk and nutmeg (not much), when you finish blending it you put it on top of the last layer of lasagna and finally add oregano, and put it in the oven and wait until it’s ready.
