Ingredients to make tuna in orange sauce:
- 1 kg of tuna
- 2 1/2 cups plain orange juice
- 2 fresh tomatoes (which are not very ripe)
- 1 large onion
- 1 olive oil to taste
- 1 large garlic, sliced
How to make tuna in orange sauce:
- Place the olive oil and the finely sliced garlic in the hot pan, then the orange juice, once it boils, place the tuna and cover it for 10 minutes.
- Turn it over and bathe it with the orange sauce (so that it goes absorbing the flavor) after 10 minutes, place the finely sliced tomatoes and onions and cover it.
