Tuna in orange sauce recipe

Ingredients to make tuna in orange sauce:

  • 1 kg of tuna
  • 2 1/2 cups plain orange juice
  • 2 fresh tomatoes (which are not very ripe)
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 olive oil to taste
  • 1 large garlic, sliced

How to make tuna in orange sauce:

  1. Place the olive oil and the finely sliced garlic in the hot pan, then the orange juice, once it boils, place the tuna and cover it for 10 minutes.
  2. Turn it over and bathe it with the orange sauce (so that it goes absorbing the flavor) after 10 minutes, place the finely sliced tomatoes and onions and cover it.
