Ingredients to make Tuna Flan:
- 1 can tuna
- 3 u. egg
- 2 cup milk
- bread crumbs
- salted
- Pepper
- parsley
How to make Tuna Flan:
- Crumble the tuna; mix with the breadcrumbs, whole eggs, milk, salt, pepper and grated cheese.
- Stir everything well and pour into a buttered Pyrex mold.
- Microwave for 7 min. 100% and 10 min. 50% Serve with a mild white sauce and grained rice.
