Tuna Flan Recipe

Ingredients to make Tuna Flan:

  • 1 can tuna
  • 3 u. egg
  • 2 cup milk
  • bread crumbs
  • salted
  • Pepper
  • parsley

How to make Tuna Flan:

  1. Crumble the tuna; mix with the breadcrumbs, whole eggs, milk, salt, pepper and grated cheese.
  2. Stir everything well and pour into a buttered Pyrex mold.
  3. Microwave for 7 min. 100% and 10 min. 50% Serve with a mild white sauce and grained rice.
