Tuna Cream Recipe for snack

Ingredients to make Tuna Cream for snack:

  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons of cream
  • 2 teaspoons of lemon juice
  • A pinch of lemon zest
  • Salt
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon gelatin, unflavored, powdered
  • 1 tablespoon of water
  • 90 gr. tuna, canned, drained and shredded
  • 1 boiled egg, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons capers, chopped
  • 1 tomato peeled and chopped

How to make Tuna Cream for snack:

  1. In a bowl mix the mayonnaise with the cream, the juice and the zest of the lemon, the salt and the pepper to taste.
  2.  Dissolve the gelatin in the water in a water bath and then add it to the previous mixture.
  3. Add the tuna, egg, tomato and capers and pour into two individual molds, put in the refrigerator until set and serve garnished with tomato slices and a few capers.
