Tuna and Tomato Puff Pastry Recipe

Ingredients to make Tuna and Tomato Puff Pastry:

  • 250 grams of puff pastry
  • 1 unit of Tomato
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 can of tuna
  • 1 unit of Egg
  • 30 milliliters of olive oil
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of pepper

How to make Tuna and Tomato Puff Pastry:

  • Before making this recipe, the first step is to get all the ingredients ready.
  • In a frying pan with oil, fry the peeled tomato finely cut with the macerated garlic for 8 minutes over low heat, season with salt and pepper.
  • Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface and make circles with a round cutter. Remember that you can buy puff pastry at any supermarket or make it yourself with the easy puff pastry recipe.
  • Add a little of the tomato to the middle of the puff pastry and place a pinch of tuna on it, spread the edges with beaten egg and close the empanadillas very well.
