Tuna and surimi cake recipe

Cold tuna cake, a very simple recipe to prepare and ideal for putting different ingredients. This time I have decided that the main ingredient is tuna, lettuce and surimi, but it can be combined in many ways.

  • 1 package of sliced ​​bread
  • 4 cans of tuna
  • 1 lettuce
  • 1 package of surimi
  • 1 package of quail eggs
  • 1 can of mayonnaise
  • 1 package of cherry tomatoes
  • 1 jar of olives

How to make Tuna and surimi cake:

  1. We prepare the ingredients to make the tuna and surimi cake faster.
  2. We put the lettuce in cold water and the eggs to cook. We have used quail eggs for the tuna pie and surimi with sliced ​​bread, but they also serve chicken eggs.
  3. Chop the very small lettuce, the crab sticks or surimi and the olives.
  4. Put the above ingredients in a bowl and add the cans of tuna and mix. Then, we add the mayonnaise and continue mixing everything very well so that the tuna and surimi cake is perfect.
  5. To assemble the tuna and surimi cake, place the sliced ​​bread at the bottom of a bowl and cover it with the prepared mixture on top.
  6. We put another layer of mold bread and repeat until we make two or three layers. The last layer of the tuna and surimi cake will be sliced ​​bread.
  7. We cover the whole cake with mayonnaise. As we said before, you can prepare the mayonnaise, but now with this heat it is better to use the one that is sold, which also turns out very good.
  8. Garnish with cherry tomatoes, quail eggs and lettuce, and put in the fridge until serving time. And it will be ready to eat!
