Tuna and parsley mousse recipe

Ingredients to make tuna and parsley mousse:

  • 1 can of large tuna without oil (If you want a greater amount of tuna flavor you can place 1 large can and another small)
  • A little parsley to taste chopped and washed
  • Gelatin (UNFLAVORED) 1 box or sachet or in tablets
  • 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise
  • 1 can of milk cream.
  • 1 small teaspoon of salt

How to make tuna and parsley mousse:

  1. Mix all the ingredients except the gelatin in the blender and a kind of cream will be made.
  2. Then heat the gelatin and mix it with the batter mixture to mix it in a bowl, put it in the fridge until it is fluffy.
  3. Then serve and accompany with cookies, bread or to taste.
