Ingredients to make Tuna and Mushroom Cannelloni:

  • 10 Pasta plates for cannelloni
  • 2 small cans of tuna in olive oil
  • 100 grams of Mushrooms
  • ½ carrot
  • ½ small zucchini
  • 1 tablespoon cream cheese
  • 220 milliliters of Cream for cooking
  • 3 slices of cheese
  • 1 small onion

How to make Tuna and Mushroom Cannelloni:

  1. Put water to boil with a drop of oil and a pinch of coarse salt and, before it boils, introduce the pasta plates one by one. Stir frequently and boil until soft. Then drain them.
  2. Chop the ingredients for the fillingof the tuna and zucchini cannelloni while the plates are cooking (15-20 min).
  3. To prepare the filling for the tuna cannelloni, place the onion in a pan with a little virgin olive oil. After about 3 minutes (over low heat to poach) add the mushrooms, the carrot, the zucchini and, finally, the tuna. Stir frequently.
  4. Once the homemade cannelloni filling is cooked (the size is reduced by half), add the cream cheeseand a tablespoon of oregano. Stir.
  5. Spread the already cooked pasta sheetson a clean kitchen towel and fill them with a spoon.
  6. Roll eachtuna and zucchini cannelloni and place it on a baking dish with a little cream on the base so that the pasta does not stick. Cover with cream, cheese and oregano.
  7. Bake the tuna and mushroom cannelloni forabout 20 minutes and separate them with a spatula to serve them.
