Tuna and hard-boiled egg sandwich recipe

On this occasion I propose, together, a tuna and hard-boiled egg sandwich. It is ideal for breakfast, lunch, snack or dinner, because this tuna, mayonnaise and lettuce sandwich is simple and quick to prepare. These snacks are also great to take to work.

We can combine the ingredients and fill the tuna and mayonnaise sandwich with what we like the most, we can even make it more original by combining it with different flavors and making various combinations.

Ingredients to make tuna and hard-boiled egg sandwich:

  • 2 slices of whole meal bread with seeds
  • 1 unit of hardboiled egg
  • 1 unit of Onion
  • 1 can of tuna in oil
  • 1 can of stuffed olives
  • 3 lettuce leaves
  • 1 jar of Mayonnaise

How to make Tuna and Hard Boiled Egg Sandwich:

The first thing to do to prepare this tuna and hard-boiled egg sandwich is to cook the eggs  in a saucepan with plenty of water. When the water begins to boil, we will leave them for 10 minutes, then we take them out, cool them in cold water and peel them. We prepare all the ingredients. I am going to use whole grain bread with seeds to prepare this tuna, mayonnaise and lettuce sandwich but you can use whatever you want.

Take the whole meal sliced ​​bread and spread it with mayonnaise sauce on one side of each slice. On top we will put the hard boiled eggs cut into slices. Next we will put the tuna in oil, but first we will drain the oil.

We will take a few stuffed olives, we can cut them in half and place them on top of the tuna and mayonnaise sandwich.

We cut the onion into thin slices and put the amount we like on top of the gourmet tuna sandwich.

On top of everything we put a couple of tablespoons more of mayonnaise or another sauce that you like more. And on this we will put the lettuce that we will have previously washed.  We can put the whole leaves or cut into pieces. Cover the tuna and hard-boiled egg sandwich with the other slice. We will press a little so that it sticks to the mayonnaise and does not move.
