How to make Pasta Salad with Tuna and Egg:
We prepare the ingredients for this summer salad. The pasta, the egg and the tuna will be indispensable. We complete the recipe with supreme bars and capers, which are optional. For the dressing, I suggest something as light as a dash of extra virgin olive oil with a pinch of salt and another of oregano. Another option, something heavier, would be a pink sauce. First we boil water to cook the eggs. We are looking for two hard-boiled eggs, so we will have to leave them between eight and twelve minutes (depending on the size). When you take them out of the boiling water, let them cool under cold running water to stop the cooking and then be able to manipulate them with your hands to peel them. At the same time, bring water to a boil in a large pot. When it starts to boil, add salt and then add the paste. We will cook it following the instructions of the selected brand. Remember that you have to stir it from time to time to prevent it from sticking. When it’s ready, drain it in a colander and let it cool.
