Tuna and Egg Lasagna Recipe

On this occasion we have prepared a tuna and egg lasagna with very Italian flavors. If you are tired of the typical meat lasagna and want to try something original, do not hesitate to follow the advice that we give you.

You will have this tuna lasagna ready in less than you think and the best thing is that as good lasagna, it yields a lot and it is an ideal recipe if you are thinking of a family or weekend meal. In addition, the extra egg ingredient gives it a perfect flavor and texture for the little ones at home.

Ingredients to make Tuna and Egg Lasagna:

  • 3 cans of Tuna
  • 9 units of Lasagna
  • 2 units of Egg
  • 50 grams of black olives
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 5 tablespoons of fried tomato
  • 1 dessert spoon of oregano
  • 4 slices of semi-cured cheese
  • Béchamel sauce
  • 150 milliliters of Milk
  • 2 tablespoons of flour
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 pinch of Nutmeg

How to make Tuna and Egg Lasagna:

  1. We gather all the ingredientsto make the tuna and egg lasagna.
  2. First, cook the eggsin plenty of boiling water. Egg cooking time is approximately 10 minutes. Once cooked, we put them under cold water and remove the shell.
  3. On the other hand, we crumble the tunaand chop the black olives. Mix and reserve.
  4. Chop the eggs and mix them with the tuna. Add the oreganoand move all the ingredients.
  5. To finish the filling of our tuna and egg lasagna, we add the fried tomatoand mix well. If you prefer, you can make your own tomato sauce for lasagna.
  6. With everything ready, we only have to assemble the tuna and egg lasagna.
  7. To do this, place the lasagna sheets and a layer of the tuna filling that we have prepared in an oven dish.
  8. On this occasion we have used pasta that does not need prior cooking, it is cooked directly in the oven.
  9. Add a layer of béchamelover the tuna filling and add another layer of pasta. So until the mold is complete.
  10. We finished assembling the lasagna by placing a layer of pasta, another of béchamel and a few slices of semi-cured cheese. We put in the oven and cook at 190 ºC until it is gratinand the lasagna is golden.
