Ingredients to make Trout Rolls:
- 4 trout fillets
- 4 sliced ham
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of pepper
- 2 tablespoons English-style vegetable sauce
How to make Trout Rolls:
- Cut the trout fillets so that there are 2 long strips of each.
- Separately, in a bowl, mix the finely chopped garlic, salt, pepper and the sauce, forming a sauce to marinate the trout strips.
- Cut the slices of ham into two or three strips each and place them on top of the already marinated pieces of trout.
- The rolls are formed with the help of toothpicks so that they maintain their shape.
- Place the rolls in a refractory mold and take them to a medium oven at 160º Celsius for 18 minutes.
