Trout Rolls Recipe

Ingredients to make Trout Rolls:

  • 4 trout fillets
  • 4 sliced ​​ham
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of pepper
  • 2 tablespoons English-style vegetable sauce

How to make Trout Rolls:

  1. Cut the trout fillets so that there are 2 long strips of each.
  2. Separately, in a bowl, mix the finely chopped garlic, salt, pepper and the sauce, forming a sauce to marinate the trout strips.
  3. Cut the slices of ham into two or three strips each and place them on top of the already marinated pieces of trout.
  4. The rolls are formed with the help of toothpicks so that they maintain their shape.
  5. Place the rolls in a refractory mold and take them to a medium oven at 160º Celsius for 18 minutes.
