Trout in Papaya Sauce Recipe

Ingredients to make Trout in Papaya Sauce:

  • 4 trout fillet
  • 1 pc. not very ripe papaya
  • 1 pc. yellow onion, finely chopped
  • 1 cup chopped coriander
  • 1/2 cup chopped ginger
  • 1 cup red wine
  • salted
  • Pepper
  • flower
  • 1 cup white wine
  • 1 rosemary branch

How to make Trout in Papaya Sauce:

  1. The fillet is seasoned with salt and pepper, drizzled in flour and sautéed in a frying pan with a little oil to brown it on both sides, then add the wine and the sprig of rosemary to which it reduces, set aside.
  2. For the sauce, chop the papaya into cubes, add the onion, cilantro, vinegar, ginger, salt and pepper, mix and place on the fillet.
