Traditional Montadito Recipe

Ingredients to make Traditional Montadito:

  • Pickle
  • Nice
  • Salted anchovies
  • Stuffed olives
  • Green peppers
  • Onion
  • Oil
  • Vinegar

How to make Traditional Montadito:

Cut the pickles in half, placing the tuna inside. Everything is closed with a toothpick. It is covered with an anchovy and finished off with an olive. Finally, it is dressed with the vinaigrette made from oil, vinegar, pepper and onion, finely chopped.
