Traditional Enchiladas Recipe

Ingredients to make traditional Enchiladas:

  • 1 golden ancho chili in oil
  • 1 cascabel chili boiled in water
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 small egg
  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • 1 tablespoon of chicken consumption, 1/2 Kg. of white tortillas
  • 1/4 of Kg of panela cheese or crumbled basket
  • 1/2 cup of lard

How to make Traditional Enchiladas:

Put the chilies, the garlic, the egg, the milk and the chicken consume in the blender; Blend everything very well and empty the sauce into a container. Heat butter in skillet; pass the tortillas through the sauce and then through the butter; fill with cheese and roll up; Serve with chili peppers, potatoes and cooked carrots.
