Traditional Carbonara Macaroni Recipe

Ingredients to make traditional Macaroni Carbonara:

  • 400 grams of Macaroni
  • 150 grams of smoked bacon
  • 2 units of onion
  • 400 grams of milk cream
  • 3 units of egg yolk
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 tablespoons of Butter
  • 250 grams of Parmesan cheese
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of black pepper

How to make Traditional Macaroni Carbonara:

  1. Prepare the ingredients.
  2. Peel the onions and chop them finely. Peel and crush the garlic and julienne cut the smoked bacon.
  3. Melt the butterin a pan and blanch the onions.
