Tonnarelli recipe with meat and tomato sauce

Ingredients to make Tonnarelli with meat and tomato sauce:

  • 500 g Tonnarelli
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1/2 onion
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • 500g lean minced meat
  • 1/2 carrot
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 stalk Celery
  • 150g Grill Sausage
  • 1/2 glass Meat broth
  • 100 g dried mushrooms
  • 1 glass dry white wine
  • tomato 1 can
  • Tomato sauce 100 g
  • salted
  • Pepper
  • Grated cheese w/
  • parsley w/w

How to make Tonnarelli with meat and tomato sauce:

  1. Finely chop the vegetables and place in a pot along with olive oil and bay leaf.
  2. Add the meat and the well shredded sausage.
  3. Cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Stir and pour the wine.
  5. Add the broth, the mushrooms, the cubed canned tomato and the tomato sauce.
  6. Season with salt and pepper and cook over low heat for approximately 2 hours.
  7. Serve the pasta and season with the rage. Finish with grated cheese and chopped parsley.
