Ingredients to make Tonnarelli with meat and tomato sauce:
- 500 g Tonnarelli
- 1 garlic clove
- 1/2 onion
- extra virgin olive oil
- 500g lean minced meat
- 1/2 carrot
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 stalk Celery
- 150g Grill Sausage
- 1/2 glass Meat broth
- 100 g dried mushrooms
- 1 glass dry white wine
- tomato 1 can
- Tomato sauce 100 g
- salted
- Pepper
- Grated cheese w/
- parsley w/w
How to make Tonnarelli with meat and tomato sauce:
- Finely chop the vegetables and place in a pot along with olive oil and bay leaf.
- Add the meat and the well shredded sausage.
- Cook for 5 minutes.
- Stir and pour the wine.
- Add the broth, the mushrooms, the cubed canned tomato and the tomato sauce.
- Season with salt and pepper and cook over low heat for approximately 2 hours.
- Serve the pasta and season with the rage. Finish with grated cheese and chopped parsley.
